We had full control over the block layers, steel fabricators and other trades, while managing critical details like masonry/steel/in-situ beams, step-downs, gutter fall, slab toppings and ceiling height alignments.

This level of accuracy is only possible by having a deep understanding of the plans prior to construction, and constant double checking as we move through each stage.
